In connection with the PUNS Annual Meeting, PUNS is pleased to offer an additional workshop on Circumcision Learning Experience Using Simulation (CIRCLES). The workshop is provided by SimKIDS and the Urology Department at The Hospital for Sick Children. This workshop will provide basic information on newborn circumcision procedures that attendees can bring back to their institutions, where they can receive locally required training and credentialing. This course does not certify or credential an attendee to perform newborn circumcisions.
The workshop will include a short didactic introduction, followed by hands-on, in-person simulation-based education using SimKIDS task trainers to provide simulation-based practice and education related to the neonatal circumcision procedure using GOMCO (Yellen-Style) method.

Learners will receive the full, comprehensive CIRCLES pre-learning e-learning package for one year which includes but not limited to modules on management of complications, surgical consent, and videos of procedural demonstrations.
All materials needed for the workshop are provided.
A limited number of SimKIDS task trainers will be available for additional purchase for attendees to take home for continued practice.
